It really does all depend on what type of loft conversion you go for and how big you want it to be. The best thing we can do is to come to your property and give you a no obligation quote on a loft conversion. This way we can assess your loft area and give you an idea on what you can go for and how much it will cost. You can give us an idea on what you would like and tell us your ideal budget.
Do I need to ask for planning permission?
In some cases, you will have to ask for planning permission. It might be worth you contacting your local authority once we have drawn up some plans. We can help you with this if you are not sure what to do.
How long will my loft conversion Take?
We cannot give you a definite time scale as we do not know exactly what you want. If you would like us to come round and discuss with you what you would like, then we can give you an idea of how long it would take.
The roof in my loft is very low, will this affect me having a loft conversion?
If your roof is below 2.4m then we cannot build a loft conversion without making some changes to the roof itself. We will explain everything we need to do to make it possible for you to have a loft conversion.
Will we need to move out when you are carrying out the work?
No you will not have to move out. We can work around you and your family doing our best not to disrupt you.
It is possible for me to see all the work you have done previously?
Yes of course. We can show you pictures of all our work and you can even read all the testimonials we have had back from our previous clients.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, all our work is guaranteed. We are also a fully insured company.
What shall we do if we find a problem with our loft conversion once the job is completed?
Contact us as soon as possible so we can come and assess and then rectify any problems you might have found.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all areas in London as well as:
- Essex
- Kent
- Essex Sussex
- Surrey, Berkshire
- Buckinghamshire
- Hertfordshire
If there is an area that we haven’t mentioned, then please feel free to contact us as we might be able to accommodate you.
I have a water tank in my loft, will this have to be removed?
Many boilers are installed in the loft so we can get our experienced plumber to remove it and place it somewhere else in your house if this is required. It can stay in your loft if this is something you prefer. We can build around it, giving you easy access to it when you need it.
